The house is a cool older home, built in 1905 and full of character. The available rooms are good sized bedrooms on the second floor - one with a closet, and both are furnished with full beds and a dresser. There is a kitchen with a dishwasher, living room, dining room and laundry, and a half bath on the first floor. The full bath is located on the second floor. The Neighborhood
The Katahdin region is beautiful and full of opportunities for outdoor fun. Baxter State Park, Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument are all a short drive. I love Knife’s Edge brewing for wood fired pizza after a hike along the West Branch of the Penobscot River!
