    The Neighborhood
    The home is in the Village of Waban, one of 13 villages of Newton. It is surrounded by wooded areas, walking trails, an aqueduct, the Charles River ( 2 minute walk away) and just 7 miles to Boston, 8 miles to Cambridge and a 10-12 minute walk to the Waban T station on the green line which goes directly into Boston. Waban Square offers a local Starbucks, restaurant, grocery store w/ prepared foods, banks and PO. We are also only a 5-7 minute drive to Whole Foods and Trader Joes.
