We travel between 3 states & looking to lend a hand in shortages of housing in Nashville TN area. 3 bedroom 2 baths. Recently updated majority of the house. Master has ADA shower. Comfort height toilets & heated towel bar in each bathroom.
The Neighborhood
Our small subdivision has many long term home owners & long term rentals. Subdivision has 1 road in & out. The house is located at end of subdivision in cul de sac. Plenty of parking in driveway & street parking. Our neighbors are wonderful. Everyone watches out for each other. There’s a mix of age groups & a few children out riding bikes or playing basketball. Very safe neighborhood & close to restaurants, shopping , airport & parks. Centrally located to interstates & close to medical facilities
