It is the room shown in the pictures is located upstairs in the house. I will also very soon put a love seat in that room . All shown furniture in the picture will remain. This room has a convenient entrance into the bathroom. Flatscreen TV shown on top of the dress will be provided a rolling stand soon. Full closet. Bathroom and kitchen is semi-shared. There are two sinks and the toilet would not be shared as I have another half-bath that I use for that. The shower will be shared.

Dryer is portable but it works! And I have racks for drying

The bedroom measurements is 13 in by 11 in wide by 14.5 in Long. I have two cats but they are kept in one contained part of the house and don't run around everywhere. I also do have long time tenant in a completely separate space downstairs, who would "not" share the kitchen or any space or bathrooms (unless temporary if something has to be fixed in her bathroom) or other main floor or top floor rooms with us as her space includes everything she needs . I have a Security camera in the kitchen and in my living area of the house and several outside. I will eventually having some surgeries coming up of which I will be having assistance during that time. I definitely am approachable to talk to. I look forward to connecting.
