    I'm looking to sublet my 2 bed 1 bath apartment for the summer. I live in South End (1 block from BMC). I'll be gone August 1st - end of October (ideally by 10/25). Can sublet 1, 2, or all 3 months at a time. Rent is $1550/month and utilities are usually between $75-$190. There is AC, heater, in-unit laundry, and dishwasher.
