The house is a modern arts and crafts bungalow. The available room is 380 sf with 13 recessed lights on dimmers. It has one small window and is on the lower level. It has a small fridge, microwave, and accessories, an open closet, sitting area, desk and bureau. The bathroom is one flight up. More info in special notes. The main kitchen is not available to guests.

Apple TV, Amazon Prime, limited cable, fan available for room but room is very cool because it is basement level.

Respectful, clean, kind and thoughtful. One who likes their private space but is comfortable being friendly. Social drinking allowed only, no heavy drinking.

Occasional outside guests are fine as long as it is requested in advance. No overnight guests. Closet is entirely empty. Shown full to provide a sampling of its size. No smoking of any kind is allowed in the house. I like a clean home. I am looking for someone who has a similar lifestyle approach. The 'room for rent' is on the lower/basement level. The bathroom for the room is on the first floor. It is 13 steps up from the basement level. Room has its own fridge, small freezer, microwave and kitchen utensils.
