I have a double sized bed frame in the room, but otherwise it is unfurnished. You are welcome to use the frame or bring your own. You could definitely fit a queen sized bed in the room. There is a deep closet with lots of space for clothes storage. It is the second bedroom, I am in the primary bedroom. We would share the fully stocked kitchen, living area, and balcony. You would have mostly private use of one bathroom (second is in my bedroom), but it would be shared if any guests comes to visit

Non-smoker, someone on the quieter side. I would like someone who spends time working or doing other activities outside of the home and is not planning to be home 24/7. I can get along with a wide variety of people, but am looking for someone conscientious and relatively tidy, and respectful. I do have people over on occasion, just small groups or individuals, no parties, so someone who is okay with some visitors.

The Neighborhood
I live in an apartment complex with ten buildings. The complex is walkable and set back off a major thru road. We are right on a bus line. My neighbors don't cause any issues, but the walls are thin so a heavy sleeper would be better than not. I have a balcony that faces the woods and all the windows face a lot of beautiful greenery. We are 1 mile away or one bus stop away from the employee lot at the airport.
