I’m looking for someone who will be available to manage the house, cat, and Airbnb guests if I am away. The house runs as a community with shared kitchen, bath, and living spaces. When I am home responsibilities would be minimal. If I am away I need someone to care for the cat Louie, manage trash, recycling, and compost, bring in mail, and be sure the house is kept clean.
Rent can be negotiated based on these tasks.
