Hi! I’m Sophie Parker, a 73-Year-old woman in Central Jamaica is looking for help a few hours a week in return for reduced rent, starting March 1, 2026. I am a type 1 diabetic, in good health and with mild cognitive memory loss. I have a wonderful support network, both emotional and medical, but could use help around the house and keeping track of some basics, like taking out the trash, groceries, technology help and more.
