It has a fully equipped kitchen, office space, living room, and large bedroom with attached bath. Outside has a covered deck. There is a nice view of the Penobscot river.

An independent person or couple who can help maintain the place if I am away in the winter. Pets maybe - I will consider on a case by case basis. Social drinker / 420/ outdoor smoker is OK. Building maintenance experience would be a plus.

I am a Boston native and have lived in the Bangor area for many years. I work as a clinician at a local hospital.
The Neighborhood
Downtown Bangor location directly across from the Waterfront park. It has a nice view of the Penobscot river. Easy walking distance to everything downtown. Shaws supermarket and Dunkin are next-door.
You could easily get by without a car if needed.
The neighborhood is noisy during the weekdays. The fire department is next-door, the police station is across the street, there is a large construction project going on in front of the house. It’s pretty quiet at night and on weekends.
