    2nd BR in my 2 BR condo, furnished. TV, closet space. All utilities included, plus WiFi. Share LR, Kitchen. Off street parking. Cul-de-sac, so no "drive-thru" traffic. Quiet neighborhood. Pretty greenspace, sidewalk alongside the creek. 1 Tuxedo cat, usually keeps to himself & specializes in Cat Naps.

If you have an interest in Health, I do some monthly demonstrations I do, if you're interested & would like to help, you can make some extra money also. My kitchen is not big, I usually heat/microwave, cook sometimes. Last roommate I had stayed temporarily & saved money to get her own place, had a storage unit, & worked out great.

    Hi, I am retired. I have one happy cat, a Tuxedo, also retired, lol. I live a pretty quiet peaceful lifestyle. I love music, art, crafts, mystery movies (avoid violence, don't need more reality, lol), comedies are fav! & cook some, like to try healthy recipes & "hedge my bets" but still enjoy eating good food. Favorite TV show is CBS "Ghosts." I go to church or listen online Sunday inspirations. Pontoon boat ride season is my fav! & like to plant flowers around my lil patio & condo greenspace.
