My home provides all the amenities one would expect in a well furnished home. The room is a large single room, fully furnished has plenty of natural light and has a cable TV with wifi streaming.

My ideal guest is a friendly and outgoing person who has a plan or goal in life and is actively pursuing it. I prefer that someone is working outside the home and not using my house as a retirement place or professional office. I like people who are active and interested in all the things life has to offer.

I am friendly and open minded and accepting and respecting of all cultures. This is a home populated by international students and professionals making for a dynamic and interesting experience. This is not a place for reclusive and overly private individuals. It is not suitable for illegal activities or excessive drinking or drug use. Casual overnight guests are not allowed without permission.
