HI I am quiet female home owner soon to be 61, with a beautiful spacious 2 story house. I am currently fully employed in Presque Isle and have 4 cats. I would prefer a female age 50+ to share my house with, preferably non-smoker but will consider smokers. I love books, movies, gardening, cooking, sharing.

    The Neighborhood
It is a beautiful spacious 2 story house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You would get to pick between two bedrooms and have your own bathroom. We would share the other spaces, including a large, enclosed sunporch, 2 story garage, backyard with firepit, and large basement. Laundry machines on the first floor and soon to be installed heat pump and woodstove. There is a university near the house, a couple of blocks away from a high school as well, but it is still quiet and safe. Everything is within a 5 minute drive.
