The room is on the second floor. It's a large room with a tiny closet, but I have added shelves for storage. The room is unfurnished for you. There is a half bath upstairs. The living space is furnished with a double parlor and kitchen with a dishwasher.

I prefer folks to work in their space and keep the shared space uncluttered for everyone to share. I would like us to share the majority of the space by keeping it tidy, and keeping the house welcoming for friends and neighbors to visit. Please no smoking, vaping, etc in the house.

I have had 2 roommates in this house with me. Both lived in the house with me over 1 year. I prefer to split utilities based on usage, I am a very conservative user of energy and both previous roommates used more than double my usage. The downstairs living space is very sunny and lovely to work from home. Currently, I experience the highest speed internet without interruption. The internet has supported 3 work from home people consistently for 4 years.
