This is a recently renovated basement in a ranch house. There is a shared entrance, and I will need access once or twice a week at times convenient to you to access laundry. Otherwise, the bedroom and bathroom are completely private for you. Everything is newly redone. It is fully furnished and you will have a mini fridge and microwave. There is nice southern facing light and a small backyard you would be welcome to share. In addition to rent, housemate will pay 1/2 the total electricity bill.

My ideal guest will be quiet, careful with the home and its furnishings, and friendly. They will watch TV for a limited amount of time or at low volume, as sound travels between floors. A good interpersonal fit will be important, as we will both be going through each other’s living space.

I set up a mini fridge and microwave for you (a hot plate would also be an option), as I use my kitchen daily and there is not much storage space. However, I would consider access to my kitchen about once a week if you cleaned up thoroughly immediately after. Nighttime TV at usual volumes or gaming would not be a good fit, as I truly need quiet by about 9:30 pm.
