Room has a single daybed, book shelves, large dresser with hutch, one window. Kitchen and living room, as well as fenced in patio. It is about 1920 square feet, most of which is on the first floor.

Loves dogs, has a full life, liberal and open minded. Not shy, friendly. Light drinking ok (I like to have a glass of wine at night!), definitely no smoking cigarettes or weed, no drug use. Cleans up after themselves, cleans own bathroom. Has time for fun in their life. I am an artist and do use the shared spaces in my home for my art. This means that sometimes our shared space will have more materials and things going on in it. I am looking for a guest who is supportive of this.
