Note: the pics are before I moved in so I promise it’s fully furnished. Your room is at the front of the house so easy access. You have access to the upstairs closets if needed but you have a small walkin. There is a chest of drawers. The living space has a fireplace, comfy couch & tv with Roku. I tend to use the upstairs more so you’ll basically have the downstairs to yourself. I love cooking in this spacious kitchen. I love to share so you are welcome to use anything as long as respectful.

Someone or a couple who want to regularly interact with me and the dogs, someone who is respectful of my home & me, quiet at night (10pm-7am). I would love to be able to chat over brunch or dinner, cook together & enjoy each other’s company. I’m open to my guest entertaining bc I want us to enjoy this home. They need to understand that I have two corgis who are verbal & do zoomies so can be loud. I’m sober so I don’t want alcohol in the house but I don’t mind if you do. LGBT friendly
