My ideal roommate is friendly, respectful and easy to be with. She picks up after herself and keeps the kitchen and bathroom clean. We talk thru any areas of potential conflict and arrange to meet each other half way or accommodate each other’s needs the best we can. She has a sense of humor and is a mature person who works out her own life issues mostly on her own.

I am an older professional woman and would be more likely to enjoy an age peer, but younger women will be considered as individuals. I have a dog and cat, though the cat is likely moving back to prior owner soon
