My home is cozy, bright and sunny, and comfortable. It is a newly renovated space on the second floor for guests to live, and we live on the first floor. There is a separate entrance for the unit. It has one bedroom with a queen size bed and dresser, full bath and kitchen, small living area and parking space. There are is a washer/dryer combo in the unit as well.

Hi, I am from Standish, Maine and I have lived here for 78 years. As a host, I am searching for a dependable, respectful, and clean & tidy tenant. My husband and I are both retired. I was a librarian and he had his own computer consulting business. The brand new apartment is on the second floor and we live on the first, with our two adult cats.
The Neighborhood
My neighborhood is quiet, close to shops, and an easy commute. Just 5-10 minutes from shops and necessities, and 30 minutes from Portland. We are just 5 minutes from St. Joseph's college.
