Snow Removal

Is a respectful and responsible nonsmoker female who values cleanliness and a peaceful home.The tenant will share the basement with one other female and have access to a shared bathroom, living room, laundry, and a recently upgraded kitchen on the main floor. As I cook often, the ideal tenant should be comfortable coordinating kitchen access as needed. No overnight guests allowed; max four guests per month (two at a time).

Laundry Room

Landlord is responsible for snow removal from the property driveway. Tenants are responsible for snow removal from their own cars, and moving their cars to the assigned area during winter storms to facilitate plowing services. Landlord is responsible for shoveling snow from the stairs by the front door, but tenants are prohibited to use the front door. During winter time, tenants can only use the stairs by the side door. The landlord and tenants are responsible for shoveling snow from the stairs by the side door. A shoveling schedule will be set up, and all will take turns. I do require a security deposit of one month's rent ($1000) to be coordinated between you and me separately from Nesterly. I will also have my own lease for you to sign in addition to Nesterly's homeshare agreement.
