Great sunny room, a garden if you’re so inclined. It could be furnished, as you see in the pictures, or unfurnished if you prefer. It has its own private full bathroom. The rest of the house is shared with Host and one roommate: kitchen, living room, porch, parking, etc. Kitchen is fully furnished and we have a chest freezer as well to help with space.

My ideal guest is polite and communicative. Ideally, someone with a similar vibe than me — enjoys conversation, maybe a board game now and then,but otherwise does their own thing. Takes care of their space. Likes cats. No more cats or dogs, but other pets welcome!

Utilities aren’t usually as high as $165, but in the winter months, it will be closer to that. This covers your share of utilities such as: power, water, trash, WiFi, etc
