Lovely private space in a very big Victorian on a small, dead-end street, right next to Franklin Park. The furnished rooms are shared space on the third floor in our house. The third floor has two bedrooms (or a bedroom & a sitting room/office), a balcony surrounded by trees, and its own bathroom. No-one else is usually up there - except to occasionally access things that are in the attic storage space.

We would love to have a guest who is friendly, but quiet and similarly likes alone time - at least now and then. They would ideally be vegetarian, or comfortable cooking vegetarian while home (storing meat in the house is fine). We love musicians, activists, and others who are working toward creating a more just world.

Hi, we (my partner & and I, who share our home with one cat currently, and two adult children occasionally) are interested in this concept and have a large home with lots of extra space in a somewhat private third-floor suite that includes a bedroom, sitting room/office and it's own full bathroom. We are both quiet and introverted. Enjoy cooking, good music, community activism. We like meeting new people, but also need downtime to re-charge.
The Neighborhood
We live right at the entrance to Franklin Park, in a quiet, tree-filled neighborhood just a ten-minute walk from the Orange line (Green Street or Stony Brook).
