The space is attached to the main house where I live. Furnished living space with 1 bedroom with a single bed, 1 full bath, living room and kitchen. The kitchen has all major appliances (new!), counter and cabinet space, just a bit light on the dishes and pans, so you may need to supplement. The space has the capacity to sleep 3 adults - there is a pull out couch in living room that can sleep 2 people. There is a new washer and dryer in the unit, which I would share with you from time to time. Parking for 1 vehicle. You can also use my screened in porch that is attached to the main house.

The Neighborhood
Beautiful countryside and easily accessible to coast and capital area. Great neighbors! It is a rural area, about 30 minutes from Augusta and from the coast. Portland is about an hour away. Small grocery store just 4 miles away, larger stores about 15-20 min away.
