On the smaller side, small closet in bedroom, room enough for a full-size bed. Current bedframe has 6 built-in drawers on each side to make up for lack of storage space.
Some available storage in the basement, living room with large TV and couch. Will allow customization of bedroom including hanging and painting along with putting in an AC if resident purchases their own.

Myself and my partner live in a small 4 bedroom, we are both working full-time, myself from home, and are both neurodivergent, and as such have some difficulty with keeping up with housework.
We are seeking a housemate who might be able to help with day to day upkeep of the house, mostly decluttering and cleaning.
We are both in our early 30s, myself being Autistic and ADHD and my partner being ADHD.
