Fully furnished with queen sized bed, nightside table, chest of drawers, desk and armchair. The bedroom also has a very large closet with space for hanging clothes and also shelves. The private bathroom has two sinks, a tub shower combo and toilet. There is a linen closet in the bathroom as well. Linens are provided.

I am an introvert and would be most comfortable living with another introvert. Someone who is independent and likes their alone time too. No smoking and no fragrances please. I also want someone who is willing to take care of the cats while I am away (typically one week per month, during spring, summer and fall).

raised beds for flowers as well as backyard, two patios and one deck

I have 3 cats and am looking for a guest who is interested and able to care for them during the times I am away. This would be approximately 1 week each month only during the shoulder seasons (fall and spring). I would reimburse you for the rent during the days that I am gone.
