Room Details
The room is upstairs, fully furnished with a full sized bed, dresser, closet, one floor to ceiling shelf, small heater and window A/C. There is one full bath that you would share with myself and my other roommate.
The living room looks out onto the water, birdfeeders and the deck outside through a big picture window. It’s comfortably furnished with TV, Internet, and VCR. You can watch birds, the kayakers and the boaters (no motor boats so very quiet).
There’s a fairly large table set up with a puzzle that everyone can work on if they like. You can listen to music, but we generally have quiet time after 10 PM.

Hi, my name is Deb and I own my home in Gorham, Maine right on the edge of North Gorham Pond. I have an upstairs bedroom that is unused and I would like to rent it out and see how it goes. I am 66 and work from home taking care of a woman with disabilities who is very sweet and capable of so many things.
The Neighborhood
The neighborhood is terrific. People walk and bike as it is a friendly, wonderful and respectful place. There are trails to walk and bike. Downtown north Windham is only three minutes away with many amenities. Lots of neighborhood parties, friendly people.
