The house was built in 1880 and you will have access to private 3rd floor. There are 3 finished spaces. Two bedrooms -- one with a sofa bed and a chair and the other room has a single or double bed. Bathroom is on the second floor but it is private. I stay in the main living room of the house and eat dinner in front of the fireplace. The kitchen is shared and dining room and back porch are available for your use. I am social and independent but also private.

The house is large and there is room for us to be both social and private. I have baby grand piano and would be happy to share it. The kitchen is shared but I usually eat in the living room in front of the fireplace. You may use the dining room or screened-in porch. I have a standard poodle and we walk in the early morning and in the late afternoon. My ideal guest would be a couple or someone who is respectful. I would appreciate help mowing the lawn, raking and shoveling snow.

Estimated Monthly Rent reduction of $300 for a minimum of 6 hours per month of help. Details should be discussed when you contact the Host.
