Its a good size house but cozy, warm and spacious living area. There is a porch you walk into initially. We have a laundry room, my roommate Michal's room (a lovely older woman) and the available bedroom for you on the first floor. My bed and bath, the living room, sitting room, kitchen and dining area on the second floor. I am in the process of doing some home renovations, including in the living room. Your room has a brand new full size bed and large closet. I am happy to work with you to help find other furniture - I do have some extra dressers and such.

Hot Tub, Fire pit

Ideal guest will be a friendly, caring, respectful and dependable person. I am looking for someone who we can enjoy being around and talking to, and who helps to create a shared positive vibe in the house.

Estimated Monthly Rent reduction of $50 for a minimum of 4 hours per month of help. Details should be discussed when you contact the Host.

You dirty it, you clean it. You break it, you buy it. We have one indoor-only cat. I will consider other pets on a case by case basis, ideally a cat or possibly a small dog.
