This is a complete large studio or very small one bedroom home. Your privacy will be respected. I will be nearby in another home. You'll be living in one beautiful space all hand crafted. There is a laundry room below that you will have access to, but it is not part of the apartment you would be leasing. If you choose a reduction in rent, below is also where you will once a day feed the wood furnace that heats the building. This is one of several easy ways to heat you your space. Plenty of options.

Ideally suited for a single person that can work remotely or doesn't mind commuting 30-60 minutes. However, for a couple this will be a bit tight, it could be done. Someone that loves the outdoors will be very happy. Retired person also a good fit, even just for several months retreat or longer term stay that likes quiet, comfort, little effort, location in nature, easy walks right out your door. Local organized senior activities if desired. No smoking !! Some good wine, of course.

Laundry Room / Only on a rare occasion bathroom shower

We do get snow here so you might have to shovel a little. There is plenty of storage - many built-ins and a complete kitchen and gorgeous bathroom. The apartment pretty much comes furnished. Lots of built - ins. No smokers please! Occasional wine/beer drinker ok.
