The space includes a bedroom, a bathroom, partial kitchen and a living room.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, sink and microwave. The bathroom has a shower and there are lots of storage in the bedroom area.

We're open to a single person, couple or small family interested in helping to maintain and develop this small acreage.
They would need to have some outside income. I would like someone energetic and motivated. Someone that likes the idea of living on a farm. Also someone who might enjoy being around two quiet but active older persons.

Estimated Monthly Rent reduction of $500 for a minimum of 24 hours per month of help. Details should be discussed when you contact the Host.

My husband Norm and I, live in Port Angeles, WA. We are both retired. I was a school teacher and am now an artist in two galleries. Norm is retired from the National Park Service.
The Neighborhood
We are 4.77 Acres in a rural area. Horse hobby farms surround us and neighbors are friendly. We have a large garden to share and a big barn. There is an art studio in the barn loft that could be shared. The entire property is fenced.
