room is on the 2nd floor and thats your private space for your belongings. Small closet, wood floors, the three big windows give a view of the yard with shade from the big maple. Its unfurnished. You'll have use of the bathrooms/washer/ dryer/fridge/dishwasher/yard. Designated area in fridge and cabinets for you things. There are a couple of rooms on the first floor you're welcome to use for work, study or relaxation.

Someone who respects private space and boundaries, keeps to themselves but might be willing to catch up at the end of the day. No cigarettes. No drama. No drugs. We don't care if you want to smoke a joint outside. Drinkings fine as long as its doesn't get out of hand and cause problems. We have a couple drinks after work ourselves. However, whisky is *not* allowed in the house. We have 2 medium sized dogs and a blind cat so loving animals is a must but feel free to shut them out of your room.

Living in Wayne might make for a longer commute (30 to 40 minutes to Augusta Lewiston Farmington and Waterville ) but the surroundings and quality of living makes it worth it. And Winthrop is a 10 minute drive with Hannaford, Walgreens, Dunkin, restaurants, taverns and lots more
