Bright sunny bedroom available in a 3 room full apartment on the first floor. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and bay window that overlooks the front yard and street. It is furnished with an antique cherry wood high post full bed and matching cherry wood high boy chest. There is a closet with shelves in it, a reading chair with lamp and small side table and a new rug covering the floor. The mattress is new and all bed linens are supplied. The Living room has a brown leather sofa and chair, coffee table, end table and reading lamp, overhead lighting as well and french doors that open to a small outside deck and garden. Kitchen is a full eat in kitchen with table and chairs, microwave, new toaster oven/broiler, full gas stove/oven and a new refrigerator. The bath has a corner glass shower and is fairly spacious supplied with new towels etc. It is quite bright and sunny with 4 large windows.

My ideal guest would be someone who is neat, mature and respectful of my property and knows how to live on their own.  I am a homebody and I live in the little renovated barn in the back of the property.  I would hope for a similar type of guest.  As they will have the privacy of their own apartment I do not have any restrictions on their comings and goings etc.  I just hope that they will be respectful of the other tenant in the upstairs appartment and take good care of the appartment.  

I am an artist and have a studio in the apartment So I may be using the bathroom now and again for water.

No partiers. This is a quiet neighborhood and there is another tenant in the house who works entirely from home. The house is a registered historic property and like all old houses has minimal electric outlets. Normal use is fine but not for electronic music devices or other high wattage appliances and devices. Also there is no storage so I am looking for tenants who do not have furniture and will only bring their personal items . But we can discuss.
