Two rooms are available for guest use on the first floor. Smaller room is fully furnished with a single bed, one bureau, two windows, carpeted. Larger room, with hard wood floor, currently has no bed but fits a double bed, currently furnished with dresser and bureau, closet in room. A second closet in the dining room is available for guest use. Bathroom has walk in shower and a closet, owner rarely uses this bathroom. Bathroom description options below don't really describe it.

A friendly indoor cat lives in the home and has full range when accompanied but is not allowed unattended on the first floor to minimize pet damage to rugs, furntiure and anything else. Private way has limited parking availabilty but owner has two spaces, one of which can be shared with guest. City does not plow. Absolutely no smoking allowed.

Old house with yard and one friendly cat is five blocks from the Orange line on private way in very quiet neighborhood. First floor has high ceilings and hard wood floors. Entry hallway with a coat closet. Living room, dining room, and kitchen are fully furnished. Smaller bedroom is also furnished with a twin bed. Larger bedroom had a dresser and bureau but currently no bed. Bathroom has walk in shower. Shared washer and dryer in the basement. One available parking space. Neighbors are friendly. Owner rarely uses first floor bathroom or kitchen.
