The house is "green" and was built in 2019. The first floor is an open floor plan, with kitchen living/dining room area, master bath, and bedroom. There are a front and rear door on first floor. The stairs to the second floor are immediately to the right as you enter the house. There is a bathroom with tub, shower, sink/mirror cabinet and toilet on second floor. There are two bedrooms on second floor, one of which is reserved for occasional guests (at that time, the bathroom will be shared). The bedrooms are fully furnished with large closets, dressers, comfortable chairs and colorful prints and kilim carpets. All rooms have large windows with curtains.

I am looking for a female guest who is quiet, clean and tidy and handy. I enjoy reading, gardening and cooking.

Estimated Monthly Rent reduction of $300 for a minimum of 20 hours per month of help. Details should be discussed when you contact the Host.

Grad student or employed tenant preferred. Long-term lease is preferred as well. Laundry is not included, but there is a laundromat less than 10mins away.
