Hi, I was born in Stockholm, and have lived in U.S. since I was 11. I'm a community activist, former education administrator, and adjunct professor who speaks some French, Spanish, and Swedish. I live in a two-story Cape Cottage style house and the only other occupant in my home is a 12-pound rescue, cairn/yorkie dog, Maja. She greets everyone with loud barking and quiets down as soon as you say hello to her. My favorite conversation topic is culture and I enjoy practicing my Spanish and French.
The Neighborhood
Property is a two-story Cape Cottage style house surrounded by a cedar fence, a perennial garden in front and a large patio in back with herbaceous shrubs and perennial flowers. It is located on a quiet owner-occupied residential street in the historic Moreland Street neighborhood district. The majority of houses were built in the 1840's and feature gingerbread detail.
