I occupy the 3rd floor bedrooms as my suite..I leave in October for South Florida.. you will basically have full home to yourself.. I only will come back once or twice over winter to oversee addition project on house..
I’m not against renting out both bedrooms that could be used as a private suite but rent will be 1200.00 per month.. also not against renting to someone with a child or a couple but rent would be at the higher rate..
