The bedroom is located in the finished basement and has a private full bath. Currently the room is not furnished. I keep the condo very clean and have a no shoes policy. There's a lovely deck to site outside and enjoy some nature. The washer and dryer are located on the entry floor.

My ideal guest would be someone who also enjoys a quiet lifestyle and is easy going. Someone who also values a clean and tidy home. If we can enjoy a glass of wine and some good conversation that would be great as well! With Covid my ideal guest would have to be ok with having no guests over.

The Neighborhood
The neighborhood is mostly retired individuals and couples. Very quiet. Lovely mature trees throughout so makes for a nice area for a quick walk. Grocery and many other stores located within minutes. Easy access to 270 and 71.
