The apartment is the top two floors of a two unit I own. The bedrooms are on the third floor, one is for rent, one is mine. The living space is kitchen, living room and craft room/laundry room and is on the 2nd floor. The bathroom is off the kitchen and is shared. There is plenty of space to not feel on top of each other, but its still cozy.

An ideal guest would be someone that has is easy going, and busy. I work 8-5 Mon- Thursday, and there is only 1 bathroom, so someone with a little different schedule would be helpful. I am out and about quite a lot too. Because of my pets, someone must be OK with them. I am not a neat freak, but try to respect roommate and common spaces and would expect the same. I can be flexible about how we live together, but feel open communication is best.

Estimated Monthly Rent reduction of $100 for a minimum of 10 hours per month of help. Details should be discussed when you contact the Host.

This is a short term situation, and I'm open to make things work for the right tenant, but just need to talk it through. The room is furnished, with some shelves, a dresser, bed and night stand. If you need a desk, I can provide. It is not a big room, but it is nice an private.
