Spacious 11’ x 13’ room with closet available in a comfortable split-level home. The room is located in the basement but includes a window that lets in plenty of natural light, making it bright and welcoming.
You’ll have the option to rent the room furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference.
The bathroom is semi-private—you’ll be the primary user, and it’s only shared occasionally if guests or visitors stay over.
