This is a pet friendly, quiet space that has a beautiful sweeping view of the area. There's a private wrap-around porch that I enjoy during the summer that's big enough for outdoor grilling, or yoga sessions. There's also in-building laundry that's hardly busy whenever I need it.

My favorite cafe, gay bar, and all the amenities (gym, library and hospital) are less than 10 minutes away. I can walk outside my apartment and have several beautiful trails to choose from for my morning walk.
