Garage

Currently there is one roommate living upstairs who is planning to moving out by the end of August. The half bath downstairs is attached to the spacious naturally lit living room and includes a new washer, drier, and chest freezer. The downstairs living room is partly furnished with flatscreen TV, coffee table, comfy leather sofa, and a storage/display credenza. There is a leather recliner also available for the space, and if the new tenant wants a full blank slate all of it can be stored in the garage. 2-car Garage is accessible from downstairs and it's got plenty of room to store gear and whatever else. The sliding glass door downstairs connects to the back deck and yard, including the firepit patio area and developing flower landscape. Upstairs there is a deck attached to the kitchen where we have a BBQ. I am an LGBTQ ally and hope to find someone with the same values. In the upstairs living room I have my DJ booth and I occasionally spin on a weekend radio show, but I am always considerate of my roommates schedules and preferences for noise. I have an elderly Tortie cat named Little Bear who is extremely shy and skiddish but super sweet and lovey once she warms up to people. Most evenings I unwind and relax watching TV with my cat on my lap. Upstairs we have a small guest bedroom furnished and ready to welcome your occasional house guest to stay for a visit. I have kayaks and a paddleboard which are available to borrow whenever, and the launch is less than 5 minutes away. Right across from the backyard in WWU Lakewood Property with swimming docks and boat rentals, you can walk to the water in less than 3 minutes from our door! Also the bus stop is right here and will get you downtown in less than 15 minutes. I truly have loved living here for the last 6 years and I am excited for this new chapter with a new roommate! I hope to attract a long term renter and a year lease would be most ideal, but I am flexible! A month to month lease if definitely an option.
