    Hi, We are an elderly couple in our 80s, both retired university professors and writers, active and intelligent, with friends and family. We still can do everything we need to do for ourselves but we think it wise to plan for a future where we will need more help. So, planning ahead, we are offering a private studio apartment in the building we own for reduced rent in exchange for help. As time goes on we will need more help and will reduce the rent accordingly.

    Vibrant residential neighborhood near restaurants and stores. Right in the middle of Cambridge, one block from Inman Square. 15 minute walk to the Harvard Square T or the Central Square T. My husband and I live on the 3rd and 4th floor, the second floor is rented out.
