    Fully furnished 1 bedroom apt with private entrance , Totally equipped . All you need are your clothes everything else is provided. There is a sofa bed for the time you may need it for an overnight friend. Everything is sanitized and clean. There is lots of storage.all furniture is very soft and comfortable The apartment is bright and because you are on the second floor very private.

    Since the apt is above me and tenants have their own entrance and privacy it doesn't matter when they rise or go to bed I would love to find a person /persons that have a hobby . I like stimulating conversations with people that are't thin skinned or get offended easily. I am 81 and that generation usually has a very sarcastic and rye sense of humor. I am open to consider dogs after qualification. Unfortunately, no cats due to allergies.

You may not use candles in the apartment We are on a septic and well. You must not let food or grease go down the kitchen sink. There are 2 layers of strainers in the sink You may not throw ANYTHING other than toilet paper down the toilet.

    I am an older woman (81) looking for a renter for months winter rental. This could turn into a year round rental. I was hoping that maybe people from the city might like too live next to Acadia Nat Park for the winter and take part in the beauty of hikes, cross-country skiing, skating , photography etc. I am quilter and maybe you are too.The house is very quiet the apartment is bright warm and soft and very comfortable.

    You are on a cue da sac and across from one home, your space is very private. Neighbors are not noise, and won't be interested in you. You are 1 mile from the ocean and about that from the nearest hiking trail. Seawall is about 2 miles away and a wonderful place to drink your morning coffee and watch the sun come up over the ocean. Or, in the winter is perfect for: hiking, cross-country skiing, skating, etc - all this, in the famous Acadia National Park. There is a convenient store with good pizza 1 block away, and the town is 1.5 miles away
