Our older home is peaceful & cozy. Shared living spaces can be a bit intimate when all are home so we plan around each other as needed. We have full southern exposure with a great Mt.View & lots of sunshine when its out. Our open concept smaller home has a big fenced yard with outbuildings, a raised garden bed, fruit trees, & flower borders. I have a friendly dog who stays outside mostly. The larger detached private room is available with a garden view. Room furnishings are optional.

We would like a reliable responsible single person who is easy to get along with, is a nonsmoker & not addicted to anything. A friendly stable personality without big issues. Also someone who is clean & tidy and who may want to share some meals & conversation.

Owner is scent & chemically sensitive. No strong odors, cleaning agents, deodorants, hairs sprays, colognes, or perfumes. Scent free laundry products only. No Febreez please! Some essential oil scents, soaps, & herbal shampoos ok. Noise in general limited to the comfort level of other housemates. Drinking ok in moderation. If pre-arranged & pre-approved by other housemates the occasional overnight guest may be possible. No disruptive or inconsiderate persons allowed in general. House meetings to discuss & resolve issues are encouraged with the objective being to maintain a peaceful living environment for all.
