Our older home is peaceful & cozy. Shared living spaces can be a bit intimate when all are home so we plan around each other as needed. The kitchen is large enough for more than one cook. We have full southern exposure so we get a great Mt.View & lots of sunshine whenever its out. Smaller house has a big fenced yard with outbuildings, a raised garden bed, fruit trees, & flower borders for anyone who likes to garden you are welcome to add to it! Shared craft room space. Room furnishings optional.

I would like a reliable responsible single person who is easy to get along with, is a nonsmoker & non-addicted. Must be a calm, stable personality without big issues. No Dramas please! Also someone who is clean & tidy, may want to share some meals, conversation, or go on walks together. Someone who is able to help with their share of household chores & hopefully share in the yard work!

Owner is scent & chemically sensitive. No strong odors, cleaning agents, deodorants, hairs sprays, soaps, or perfumed products. Scent free only please. No Fabreeze! Some essential oil scents & herbal shampoos ok. If pre-arranged & pre-approved by other housemates the occasional overnight guest may be possible. Moderate social drinking only. No disruptive or inconsiderate behaviors tolerated, by anyone, housemates or guests.
