    Front turret room on 3rd floor. Full of windows. Very sunny. Quiet corner of a quiet house. Bed, desk, closet, chest of drawers. If you want, I can provide mini-fridge. Bathroom on 2nd floor is shared with other renter. Current renters pay cleaning lady $20 once a month to clean bathroom. (For another $20, she can clean your room as well.)

    Easy-going, friendly, low maintenance. Cherishes both privacy and shared company in the right proportions.  Someone who takes initiative on little things, like taking out garbage if can is full. Snow shoveling, cleaning up after time in kitchen, are shared responsibilities.

    Weekdays I'm up at 5:30am [and am very quiet about it] so I ask that noise is kept at a minimum after 9p weeknights. (Being old construction, noise doesn't travel much, so it isn't hard to be quiet and enjoy quiet.) (I also hope for quiet before 10 on weekends.) Snow shoveling, taking out garbage, keeping kitchen surfaces shared chore. Basic cleanliness in room and shared spaces is a must.

    The Neighborhood
    My house is a 3-story Victorian duplex [built 1882] with a very warm vibe. Excellent transportation options: Bus stop at end of street for buses to Kenmore Sq, and express buses to downtown Boston. Near trolley to Harvard Square [and the Red Line]. Nearby bus to Harvard and MIT campuses. Access to Massachusetts Turnpike 3 blocks away and 15-20 minutes from downtown and Logan by automobile. Great neighbors on quiet street.
