A private bath has double sinks, a separate water closet and soaking tub. In the second bedroom there is a huge lounge chair, mini fridge, armoire, microwave, TV with cable, wi-fi, desk, bookcase, storage, and sitting table. Relax, study, and meditate in this cozy warm space. Ceiling fans keep you comfortable.

Hi I am the mother of two successful adults and my pride and joy are my two Grandchildren . I am a Christian and serve in my local church by teaching racial understanding. I am a retired teacher (by trade and by heart) and high school principal. I am an avid reader and enjoy my Black woman’s book club. I am a world traveler having experienced all seven wonders, the north pole and south poles. I enjoy relaxing on my beautiful deck in the summer and being cozy by my fireplace in the winter.
The Neighborhood
This quiet condo neighborhood has mostly seniors. I built this 2 story unit 9 years ago. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. On the first floor is my owner’s suite and open concept living with kitchen and laundry. Only 10 miles from downtown. It is close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. My deck overlooks a pond with fountain and green space. The community pool is open in season and a well equipped gym is open 18 hours/day. Walking/ biking paths run through the neighboring community.
