Good size rooms, much real wood trim and construction. Each room is insulated and has an electric wall mounted heater. all windows are vented and are "egress" windows as required by a Handicapped-friendly code. They all have screens and open. All bedroom doors are lockable and are wood (birch).

The Neighborhood
Located in the beautiful Elwha valley. Only 7 mins from downtown. Next to us is the Elwha River and a 30-min drive from the National Park. 1-hour drive from Forks. Fiber-Optic just installed, servicing full house and around outside the house. House has three separate heating sources, so is never without a way to heat and cook, if necessary (electric heaters, Propane stove and wood stove). This home is super efficient and tight, very easy to heat.
