Polite, respectful of property and of shared space. Cleans regularly leaving space as nice as when entered. No loud parties or over drinking. Good communication about needs. Resident with cancer and requires careful infection control so cleanliness is a must. Sense of humor is a plus. Flexibility with rent reduction and with needs of renter.

Retired couple with five adult children who live elsewhere. Have had renters before. House is mostly separate but a little sharing between kitchen and freezer. Great outdoor space with grill and patio shared. Guest of renter welcomed but no more than ten for party unless approved in advance.

Hi, we are empty nesters in Ferndale, WA. We have a private entry basement apartment space that our adult kids used and it is now empty. Our house was built in 1898 and has been tended with care. We have an acre of gardens and are in town. We have a sweet mini labradoodle but are allergic to cats. We can consider reducing rent for garden help.

Easy walking to tennis courts and track at high school. Nice neighbors. Church next door. Quiet street. Downtown with pubs and nice parks. Nooksack River and views of Mt Baker. Easy I-5 access, about 8 miles to Bellingham. 12 miles to Canada. 8 miles to Birch Bay.
