The room has windows and a sliding door closet. Workshop space including a tool bench is available in the mud room inside the house.

    2 medium sized dogs live in this home. One is a 14 year old terrier. The smaller one is part pomeranian and poodle and is about 6 years old. They are both very friendly. A Guest would be welcome to bring a pet if they get along with the Host's dogs. No Smoking in the house.

    The Neighborhood
    A 4 bedroom home with a sunroom. There are french doors leading out to the sunroom. Workshop and a fishing pond on the 8 acre property. There are trails to walk on, and a flower garden to work in. The house is the distance of a football field off of the road. Hunting is welcome. Guest is welcome to use the laundry room in the bathroom. Grocery store, butcher, gas stations, drug store are within 6-7 miles of the house. 14 miles away in Lincoln there are more major chains like Walmart and other big box stores.
