All rooms are furnished with bed, clean mattress, bedding. Dresser and desk, apartment sized refrigerator/freezer. Clean rug. Bedding, towels and basic supplies such as hand soap, toilet tissue, paper towels, facial tissue, laundry detergent and cleaners are provided. Owner has 2 well-trained dogs that will not be in your way. They welcome attention, but respect renter's preferences, and will ignore them if they ignore the dogs. Renters stay in their own rooms, but gather on special occasions.

My ideal guest is one who would like to share my home and all it has to offer. I am hoping to find a long term renter who would live here as a friend and companion to walk, eat, attend local events and share some common interests. I am interested in finding friendship in a long term resident without any sexual interest or involvement. I am a yoga instructor and prefer a quiet environment. No loud music or voices. I prefer that renters entertain away from home and have a full time occupation.

Estimated Monthly Rent reduction of $100 for a minimum of 10 hours per month of help. Details should be discussed when you contact the Host.
