I own a single family 3 b 1 and 1.5bathroom house on a safe and quiet street in Watertown just one block from the Cunniff Elementary School. Entering semi-retirement I am focusing on teaching and playing music and looking to possibly purchase a second home in Florida to enjoy the winters. I'm a non-smoking , physically fit 65 year old who is neat without being a neat freak and very easy to get along with.
